Taking a break from the k-pop mv spammage :D

It snowed last week, but of course I had work that day so could not frolic as I wanted to since most of it melted away when it started raining. Do college kids even frolic in snow anymore? It’s supposed to snow again tonight but then I have work again tomorrow, and then finalss ;x~ I do pretty bad fall semester since I care a lot more about work during fall semester, but I do really well during spring semester. I really need to quit work, eventually..
Anyways on Wednesday, Nam invited me to go eat at Glory Days with Nammy & Chuong. Glory days has the Wednesday Wings deal that’s like a dozen of wings for $5 ;D. It was oober yummy cause I haven’t had wings in the longest time.

Honey Mustard is my favoriteee (: <3

Tangy Asian tasted like soy sauce and sesame seeds x_x;;

Hot wings = D:< !! I hate tabasco sauce. Does not compare with Bon Chon.

Barbeque, generic.
The next day (Thursday) I had work. Gah, I hate nine hour shifts, by the end of it I’m so worn out that my face is in an auto-frown mode. Sucks that holidays are coming up because that = more nine hour shifts! To be honest, this holiday season sucks. I’ve lost all the enthusiasticness that I used to have in past holidays. I’m so sick and tired of working/school D: ! I just want the holidays to pass so that I can finally relax during the rest of my winter break. But meh, I have another huge credit card bill to pay off (Christmas shopping for the lose). After work, went to family dinner at Hai Duong (minus Trang cause she had to go to her friend’s senior night).

The freaking amazingest Com Tam everrrrr!

The “view”.
My family & I used to go to this place all the time when it first opened, which was when I was in 6th grade? I remember it used to be a tiny tiny restaurant in the back. It had three tables and it was so crowded since it was probably too small for three tables. The place had amazing egg rolls (and still does!) so Trang & I would order like just 10 orders of them to eat. It then started to get busier, so they put another table outside. One time we went there, and it closed down (SAD MUCH?!) but apparently they moved to their current location now. At first, they didn’t have that “outside view” cause there was a jewelry store there. But since the jewelry store went out of business, and they had so much business the had to expand that much bigger. Clearly, this place has to be doing something right to go from three tiny tables in a place smaller than my room, to a restaurant with an outside view and (I don’t know how many tables they have now). Trust me, vacancy in Eden Center does not come easy, and its super expensive, so these guys may be like the next Pho 75 entrepreneur (another guy who lives in a giagantic house nearby who started the Pho 75 chain on the East coast. HE’S SO FREAKING WEALTHY! & his pho is gewd stuff). But enough about me blabbing on about Viet food.
Personally I think Vietnamese Food > All other Foods (:
Anyways, yesterday a friend took me to Nielsen’s Frozen Custard. Friend told me it was Mormon ice cream, but I see no evidence to support that claim, so must be normal frozen custard. Sorry, normal frozen custard that’s freaking amazingggg~ (Haha, I am so lame). I’ve always wanted to go here after going to Sushi Yoshi since they’re on the same plaza, but it’s always closed by the time we finish dinner D; Anyways, their frozen custard is super lightweight in terms of texture/taste, but probably like super heavy in terms of calories. The owner was super friendly and the place has such a nice ambiance.

Its super homely.

Chicken sandwich! Tasted pretty normal, but freshhh!

Oreo Almond Cement (cement refers to the size).
It’s weird to eat ice cream when its 20 degrees Fahrenheit outside, isn’t it? Oh well~ I’ve been told that this place gets crazy busy in the summer so that the line actually goes outside. I’d much rather enjoy it now than wait 30 minutes for it in the summer. Although, I guess I would’ve enjoyed it more if my friend had stopped telling me about his/her sexcapades while I was eating and trying to not choke on my sandwich and/or creamy custard texture. Sigh, can’t have it all ;P
ALSO…
Happy 23rd Birthday to Khang
